Amazing hostel with great kitchen facilities. Rooms were very nice and bathrooms were clean. Staff helpful and welcoming. Free bus pass and bus timetable in reception.

Absolutely incredible hostel. I stayed in a female only dorm and it was so clean and well maintained. Lockers were great, beds were comfy. The kitchen at this hostel is so good and has every appliance you could need. Met some great people at this hostel although there weren't many communal spaces to hang out

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at, I couldn’t recommend it more. The breakfast was amazing, and the coffee station was free all day. I asked the staff so many questions and they were local experts, always knowing the answer. Also only a 15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost and right near the main part of town, maybe like a 5 minute walk. Please do yourself a favour and stay here

The hostel is amazing at a good location. They provide free towels and lockers after check-out.There is shower gel in the bathroom. The guest kitchen is also quite big. There's a bu stop right at the front of the hostel.The free breakfast is not really great. Just bread (jam, butter) and cereals (yoghurt,milk). I have been to other hostels and there were more than this. No fruits, egg, salad, etc. The breads were really bad. Their edges are so tight that you can't eat.

It has more of a hotel vibe. There were families staying in this hostel with their children. Not very social. However, the comfort aspect is 10/10. The place is very clean and new. The kitchen is huge and there are several common areas. The free breakfast was also really good. I would stay here again!

Good hostel in terms of facilities and staff, but not very social. Lots of families and not many young people. So, anyone who is looking for a social hostel, i do not recommend this place

So clean! They had so many staff members come through and scrub the place down at 10am everyday. There is a massive kitchen facility with enough of everything so during the kitchen rush time you can still cook.Breakfast and free coffee was a major plus for trying to do Switzerland on a budget. We also had the added bonus of a balcony which was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the sun!

This hostel was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and the use of lockers before and after I checked in and out was great so I didn’t have to haul my luggage around on my travel days

This is hands-down the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible views up the valley and all around Interlaken. Very friendly and helpful staff and an all right breakfast, but solid for a hostel. The only single thing that could be improved is adding curtains to the beds for privacy.

O hostel tem boas acomodações, boa localização e bons preços para a região. Porem para ser o melhor hostel da Suíça, poderiam melhorar os itens: 1- Numero de banheiro nos andares, sao só 3 chuveiros e 2 banheiros por andar com 6 quartos compartilhados. 2- Tamanho dos quartos: quarto de 6 pessoas é apertado, lockers dentro do quarto fazem barulho.3- Cama sem cortina prejudica o sono a noite, a luz individual é forte.4- No verão quartos muito quentes.5- Cafe pode ser mais completo.

Backpackers Villa Sonnenhof was great. The breakfast is included and really good. Located 5 min from train station. Staff was very welcoming. Definitely a chiller, family-style vibe but it was great

Genuinely one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. My room was super tight with smaller lockers, and only one sink, two toilets, and three showers per floor in the bathroom, but it was fine most of the time. The staff were SO kind and helpful with everything and went above and beyond to help us. Super basic breakfast but it’s free. Laundry is extremely expensive at 10 CHF. Views from room and outdoor seating areas were incredible. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

The common areas are lovely and the staff are incredibly helpful!! Breakfast is simple, but really appreciated and great before a big day of hiking. The only problem I had was thats the rooms are very small, quite warm and made me feel claustrophobic. Having the toilet and shower inside the room is not great for when you are trying to sleep and other guests are up at all hours of the night.
