L'auberge était très calme et paraissait vide, cela est dû surement à la pandémie et au mois de Novembre peu touristique.En revanche l'auberge est parfaite et d'une propreté inégalée. Facile d'accès et un parking si vous êtes en voiture.

Really fantastic hostel, really friendly staff, bathrooms and showers were clean and beds in the rooms were quite large and comfortable for a hostel. Lots of great space to hangout, focus, or relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Interlaken.

Ein super Haus ... nur Euer Frühstück ist dem Rest unwürdig ... sorry ... das ist trostlos ... OK - wir haben bemerkt, dass ihr keine industriell abgepackten Marmeladen habt, sondern diese in schönen Glässchen habt - dafür gibt es einen Daumen nach oben. Wir sehen die Bemühung und die Liebe zum Hostelbusiness und fragen uns wo da die Grenze ist für Euch zwischen (eigenen) Ansprüchen und wirtschaftlich.Frühstück ist halt doch was besonderes: Ein Korb mit Früchten würde alles schon viel bunter

I honestly could not have had a more incredible stay, the hostel staff are amazingly friendly and know all the best options for hiking/activities no matter what you are looking for. Located just in front of the park where all the paragliders touch down, this was a great spot for us to explore the region. We received some good tips from the staff. We stayed in a private room which was basic, but comfortable and clean. They have taken good measures to protect against COVID19. We received our own kitchen utensils in a locker and the common areas where always clean. There weren't a lot of guests during our stay and no social activities, so we felt safe.

Very warm welcome from reception staff after arriving quite late. A very friendly atmosphere, not tons of people hanging in common areas but likely because of Covid. Highlights for us were the hot drinks tokens to use at any time, and free outdoor swimming pool pass (amazing view at the pool!) just a short walk away. Kitchen facilities were great and very Covid friendly.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in - the facilities and location were spot on! The staff however make this perfect - especially Sara who was so keen to provide me with excellent hiking tips. Her passion for the mountains really inspired me to take on some beautiful hikes around Interlaken! Will definitely be back soon!

The experience was pretty much awesome and really enjoyed the stay. The staff was pretty nice and cleanliness was top class. The kitchen and outdoor are well organized and breakfast along with free coffee coins made our stay superb. I will definitely recommend this hostel to people who are traveling.

I have been very lucky to be having an upgrade for my stay and cost me half price for the whole 4days. I found the staff being wonderful, very helpful and available making your stay super amazing. The locations is divine, those views will stay in my memory. The comfort in the rooms is something else, beds super comfy and warm duvets. I loved my stay that I have planed for one day and I stayed 4 and just because my flight was booked already.

Honestly this hostel is everything you would want from a hostel. Professional and friendly staff who give good advice on where to go and know what they are talking about. There are clean and good facilities as well as the service they offer. It's at a good location and plenty enough to do at a walking distance including public transport. I will recommend and would stay again in the future.

여긴 진짜 최고에요ㅜ.ㅜ 스위스 도시 이동하며 백패커스 가격에 조식 + 코인으로 커피,코코아,우유 다 뽑아먹을 수 있고 건조기까지 무료인 곳은 없어요...... 세탁기는 작년부터 코인으로 못하게 바꼈대요! 한번 돌릴때 4유로고 건조기는 대신 무료에요! 주방도 넓고 샤워실도 깨끗하고 방도 매일 매일 청소해주고! 조식 빵이랑 버터 맛있고 매일 커피 뽑아먹으며 테라스에 앉아있으면 새삼 행복해요! 동역과 서역 중간에 있고 걷기 귀찮으심 호스텔 바로 앞에 버스정류장도 있어요 :) 무튼 다시 스위스 와도 꼭 오고싶은 숙소에오! 참고로 직원들도 매우매우 친절쓰,,,,,

Loved the service, hospitality, stay and overall experience. We were given personal recommendations for shops to visit, public pools to swim in and tips about weather conditions in general. Would love to be back for another stay at this centrally located hostel that comes with splendid views of Harder Kulm, jungfrau mountains and has a lot of fun activities on venue such as table tennis, foosball and tennis courts. Perfect for both only night stays and relaxed vacations.

Nice hostel, good service from personnel.Breakfast is a bit sober, but the bread is nice.You also get free entrance to the swimming pool, which is really nice.The location is in between the two train stations, so the downside is that you allways have to walk a bit far. The good thing however, is that the restaurant area is close by. To go to the mountain area for hiking daytrips, you need to walk to Interlaken Ost. Most restaurants and city area however, are closer to Interlaken West.
