Excellent stay with helpful staff and a great vibe!I had a wonderful time at Backpackers Villa Sonnenhof. The hostel is very clean and feels very secure, which I appreciated. What really stands out is the staff, they are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my daily itinerary and navigate the area. It’s also a fantastic place to meet fellow travelers. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Interlaken!

I had an absolutely wonderful time with backpackers villa, the staff was absolutely wonderful and their rooms were very nice. I was happy with how seriously they take cleanliness with rooms being cleaned every morning with the trash being taken out.

I recently spent a few days at this hostel and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly the receptionist Verena , she greets guests with a warm smile and provides clear guidance on places to visit in Interlaken city . She is undoubtedly the right person in the right rôle . The hostel itself is spotless, with well- maintained bathrooms and a fully équipped kitchen that allows guests to prepare their own meals with ease. best hostel in city

Location was awesome for the price. 15 min walk away from interlaken ost and 10 min by bus if you’re carrying luggages. Nice view from the terrace. Showers and toilets were pretty clean.

Staff is super kind!! Free towel, locker (with lock), breakfast, and bus ticket during your stay so value is amazing. Theres also balconies and outside seating. If you’re staying in a dorm; be ready to be woken up though. No curtains, and everyone is up at 5-7am for activities so if you’re a light sleeper you may get woken up repeatedly. Room was also quite tight so it needed to be aired out a bit.
